At Jakob & Stitch, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order before the order has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for cancellation

If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance after the product has been delivered.


3. Order Cancellation by Jakob & Stitch

Jakob & Stitch reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances including:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment issues or payment failure
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
  • Logistics or shipping limitations

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is successfully processed, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
